DOLLAR COMPANY.
WORK 36 / TWO ROOMS. ONE DIRECTION.
Same
Direction.
Management sends one direction.
Nia and Sol have different walls.
Find a way to get both people to their own seats at the same time.
Six fictional room pairs. No timer. Move when you choose. One command, two attempts.
Each direction tries to move Nia and Sol one cell in their separate rooms. A wall or room edge stops each person independently. Hatched cells marked # are walls; clear cells are floor.
A seat is ordinary floor. Arriving early does not lock anyone in place: a person can leave their seat on the next step. Both seats must be occupied at the same instant. Then movement pauses until you undo or restart that pair.
Give them different walls.
Make a pair of rooms of your own. Place the starts and seats, check whether a shared route exists, and try it before passing the challenge on.
Make a room pair — new tab ↗ or make a set of pairs — new tab ↗. These six puzzles keep their positions in this tab for this visit.
PAIR 01 / 6
Matching rooms
Two rooms, the same arrangement. Give Nia and Sol a direction.
Nia’s room
ROUND N- Nia
- row 2, column 2
- Seat
- row 4, column 4
Nia is away from their seat.
Sol’s room
SQUARE S- Sol
- row 2, column 2
- Seat
- row 4, column 4
Sol is away from their seat.
Numbers mark rows and columns. Round N is Nia; square S is Sol. Each dashed square marks that person’s seat. A # cell is a wall.
There is no paired step to undo yet.
Return both people to this pair’s starting positions and clear its Undo history. Other pairs stay as they are.
Pair one is ready. Each direction is sent to both Nia and Sol.
