WORK NOTICE 08
A Second Copy
A notice about an actual published drawing work; Management’s signature exercise is fictional.
Written
Management placed the carbon beneath the signature. The second sheet recorded unanimous approval. The objections stayed on the original, out in the margins.
In A Second Copy, draw on a top sheet with a small rectangle of carbon beneath it. The original keeps each complete mark. Only the part made over the carbon reaches the sheet below.
Place the carbon between marks. Moving it later changes no earlier impression. Draw on the paper, or add points with the keyboard to make your own path and choose Place mark. Lift and compare the two sheets; lower the top sheet to draw again.
Prepare both sheets as one SVG, then choose Keep both sheets. The file keeps the two drawings; it contains no editable session. Your drawing is not uploaded or saved automatically. This pair lasts for the visit. Leaving or reloading clears it; the file you saved stays with you.
Move the carbon. Make the next mark.
