The Wave.

Hello.

An original fictional comic in four silent panels.

  1. HelloAt an office reception, Management in a dark suit and bright green tie waves towards an arriving adult in a rust shirt on the right. The adult looks left and waves towards a blue-jacketed friend standing behind and to the left of Management. A child in lavender stands beside the arriving adult with both hands down.01
  2. BehindThe blue-jacketed friend raises an open palm towards the rust-shirted adult, returning the greeting past Management. Management keeps a hand raised but turns their eyes and head back towards the friend. The adult is still waving; the lavender-clad child remains beside the adult with hands down.02
  3. Of courseManagement lowers the mistaken wave into a hand smoothing their own swept hair. Behind Management, the rust-shirted adult and blue-jacketed friend have moved together and are talking with low hand gestures. The same lavender-clad child now looks up and waves an open palm to Management.03
  4. Hello.Management looks down towards the child with a small smile and returns a relaxed open-palm wave at the child's height. The child waves up in reply. Behind them, the rust-shirted adult and blue-jacketed friend continue their own conversation.04

  1. Panel 01 · Hello

    At an office reception, Management in a dark suit and bright green tie waves towards an arriving adult in a rust shirt on the right.
