WORK 86 / TWO PEOPLE. TWO SCREENS.

Put it
this way.

Same six shapes.
A different way of seeing.

Make an arrangement. Describe it to someone who cannot see it. Let them build what they hear.

First, open this page on both screens.

Sit together with a phone, tablet or computer each. Keep your screens out of each other’s view. One person describes; the other builds. Both boards have the same top edge.

These are two independent boards. There is no shared room or live connection. Talk to each other, then turn the screens to compare.

CHOOSE YOUR PART

A place for everything.

0 / 6 placed

↑ TOP OF BOTH BOARDS

Choose a shape below, then a square. Placing onto another shape swaps their places. Describers need at least one placed shape to fix a reference; builders can compare any current board. Tab reaches the controls; Enter or Space selects or places.

SIX SHAPES / NINE SQUARES

Choose a shape.

Getting your board ready…

BETWEEN THE TWO OF YOU

“Above” can
start a conversation.

Describer: place one or more of the six shapes, then fix your reference before speaking. Keep it private while your partner builds. Say which shapes stay in the tray. “The arch is beside the circle” might need another question.

Builder: open the same page on your own screen and choose “I’ll build”. Build from the description. Ask questions and use row and column numbers if you want. You can mark even a blank board ready to discuss an instruction before placing anything.

Together: stop after one instruction or a longer description. Mark your own boards ready, turn the screens and compare, including anything left in the tray. Use Edit arrangement to continue with the same boards. Try another round with the roles reversed. Nothing checks, scores or ranks your conversation.

Layouts stay only in this visit. Reloading clears your board. Undo remembers the most recent 50 placements and removals; role and shape selection do not add a move. No arrangement is sent to the other screen.
