YOUR CONNECTIONS
NOT EVERY POINT NEEDS A REPORTING LINE.
Your
connections.
Name the points. Decide what joins them.
Leave room for a point on its own.
A diagram you choose.
3 POINTS / 2 CONNECTIONSDrag from a point to preview its position; release to apply one move. Escape cancels. The numbered point buttons and coordinate fields make the same choices without dragging. A point may stand alone. Crossing lines do not create another junction. Lines are connections, not arrows.
Three points to begin. Their connections are yours to change.
Keep contains the applied diagram. Apply or discard changed point fields first; finish a pointer move, connected-group proposal, joining proposal or file review before keeping. Undo and Redo keep up to twenty whole diagram decisions during this visit. A new graph change clears Redo.
Move connected points together.
Start from the selected point. Only points joined to it by connections move together; a crossing line adds no junction. Relative positions, names and connections stay the same.
Flip connected points.
Start from the selected point. Flip only its connected group inside the group’s own bounds, left to right or top to bottom. Other groups stay where they are. Names remain readable, and the selected point keeps its number.
Each changed arrangement makes one Undo decision. A flip with no position change adds nothing to Undo. Your new-point draft and connection choices stay here.
Join two points.
Make two points into one junction. Keep one point’s name and place; the other point’s connections follow it. Matching names alone never join points.
