Token holders can submit a brief. We choose one feasible assignment at a time. Shortlisted briefs can go to a 24-hour holder vote. If nobody votes, management chooses one of the briefs and explains why.

Votes use token balances at the start of each round. Tokens provide participation here, not equity or a promised return.
