Each button names both vessels and the amount that will move. You cannot stop a pour halfway.

Getting the vessels ready…

Restart is one undoable change when the amounts differ from the start. All three variations keep their own amounts and the most recent 100 successful changes during this visit.

Review your retained amounts

This is your current path through four apiece, from the earliest retained state to the amounts now. It includes Restart as a return to the starting amounts. Undo removes the state you take back.

Four apiece: amounts in units. Capacities A 8, B 5, C 3.

Up to 100 changes and the current state are retained for each variation during this visit. These row numbers count retained states, not every move since you began. The earliest row may be partway through your working. Discarded Undo states are not kept; reloading starts again.

The vessels do
the measuring.

A pour stops at the first boundary: its source empties, its destination fills, or both happen together. Pours from an empty source or into a full destination are unavailable.

No tap, drain or spare container. The total stays the same. Three capacity variations of the classic pouring puzzle; choose any one to begin.
